Blade Turbines provides aviation lifecycle intelligence services, including:
- Aircraft and helicopter valuations
- Parts sourcing assistance
- Financing referrals through third-party partners
- General aviation consulting
3. Service-Specific Terms
3.1 Aircraft Valuations
Valuations are professional estimates, not guarantees of market value.
- Our valuation reports represent our professional opinion based on available market data, comparable sales, and industry experience at the time of assessment.
- Actual sale prices may vary based on market conditions, buyer/seller negotiations, aircraft condition upon inspection, and other factors outside our control.
- Valuations are valid as of the date issued and should not be relied upon for transactions occurring significantly after that date.
- We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on our valuation reports, including but not limited to purchase, sale, financing, or insurance decisions.
- Valuations do not constitute an inspection, audit, or physical assessment of the aircraft unless explicitly stated.
3.2 Parts Sourcing
We facilitate connections; we do not guarantee parts availability or condition.
- Blade Turbines acts as an intermediary to help connect buyers with potential parts suppliers.
- We do not manufacture, warehouse, or certify aircraft parts.
- All parts transactions are between you and the supplier. We are not a party to any purchase agreement.
- You are responsible for verifying part condition, certification (8130-3, EASA Form 1, etc.), and airworthiness before installation.
- We make no warranties regarding parts availability, pricing, delivery timelines, or condition.
- AOG (Aircraft on Ground) requests are handled on a best-efforts basis; we cannot guarantee expedited fulfillment.
3.3 Financing Referrals
Financing is provided by third-party lenders; we are not a financial institution.
- Blade Turbines partners with AeroMarine Capital and other financing providers to facilitate financing applications.
- We forward your application information to our financing partners but do not make lending decisions.
- All financing terms, interest rates, approval decisions, and loan conditions are determined solely by the financing provider.
- We do not guarantee financing approval or any specific terms.
- You should independently review all financing documents and terms before accepting any loan.
- We are not responsible for any disputes between you and financing providers.
4. User Responsibilities
By using our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information in all form submissions
- Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Not use our Services for any unlawful purpose
- Not attempt to disrupt, hack, or compromise our systems
- Not use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our Services without permission
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is owned by Blade Turbines or used with permission. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Our valuation reports and other deliverables are provided for your personal or internal business use only and may not be redistributed, published, or shared without authorization.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- Our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Information provided will be accurate, complete, or current
- Any defects will be corrected
- Our Services will meet your specific requirements
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLADE TURBINES AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:
- Your use of or inability to use our Services
- Any valuation reports or opinions provided
- Parts sourcing facilitation
- Financing referrals or applications
- Any transactions with third parties
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blade Turbines, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of our Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content or information you provide to us
