We didn’t start Blade Turbines because the industry needs another aviation company.

We started it because we were tired of watching people like us—DOMs, engineers, ops leads—waste time, money, and momentum on systems that don’t work the way operations actually run.

We’ve spent years managing fleets, turning wrenches, chasing paperwork, and making decisions mid-crisis with half the data, bad timing, and zero room for error.

We’ve been the ones on the hook for a grounded aircraft with no straight answers. 

We’ve scrambled to keep aircraft moving while everyone else dragged their feet.
 We’ve read one too many reports that told us what we already knew (just not what we actually needed).

So we built what we always needed but never had.
Not to disrupt the industry. Not to pitch “innovation.”

Just to make the hard parts of aviation suck less for the people who keep it moving.
